How do I earn points?
Currently, you earn points every time you shop on rarebird.coffee. You earn points on every dollar you spend based on your rewards tier. We're working to come out with other ways to both earn and spend points so stay tuned!
How do I redeem points?
Log into your Rarebird customer portal,. To apply points directly to your subscription go to the "Subscriptions" tab and click "Apply Points". To generate a code for use towards a future purchase click the "Membership" tab and follow the instructions
Can I cash out my points?
No—points have no cash value and can only be used for rewards through our site.
Do points or tiers expire?
Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned, so be sure to use them. We’ll send you reminders before they expire. Tiers are based on a rolling 12-month period.
What if I return something?
If you return an order, any points you earned from it will be removed from your balance.
Can I transfer points to someone else?
No—points are tied to your account and can’t be transferred or sold. However, if you find you have two accounts accidentally with different emails, please reach out and we'll happily consolidate your accounts for you.
What happens if the loyalty program changes or ends?
We reserve the right to change or end the program at any time. If that happens, don't worry, we’ll notify you in advance.
