What is the serving size & how much should I use?Updated a month ago

For our pre-portioned products (K-Cup Pods, Canned Cold Brew, and Instant Coffee) there is 60mg per individual serving (pod, can, sachet).

For our ground coffee bags, there is 60mg per 6g (about 1 TBSP) serving. So the dosage depends on how strong you brew your coffee (how much coffee to how much water).

Ground Px Coffee

The serving size is 6g (or approximately 1 tablespoon) of coffee, which equates to 60mg of paraxanthine (Px) per 8oz cup. This means each 12 oz. bag (340g) has about 57 servings. We recommend brewing 1-2 tablespoons per cup (6-8 oz.) of water, depending on how strong you like your coffee. For the average person this ratio is about 1:18 (grounds to water). So if you want a standard 10 cup coffee pot, that would be around 131 grams or about 1/2 cup of grounds.

Px Coffee Pods

Each K-Cup (Keurig Pod) contains 60mg of Px.

Px Canned Cold Brew

Each can contains 60mg of Px.

Px Instant Coffee Sachets

Each sachet contains 60mg of Px.
