How long will each bag last and be fresh?Updated a month ago

Most users use 1 bag 12oz. bag every 1-2 weeks (or a 2-lb bag every 2-3 weeks).

We roast fresh weekly to order, and shipping takes about 2-5 business days, so when you receive your coffee it was likely roasted just the week prior. As long as it is sealed, each bag will last 6 months, however for the freshest coffee we recommend using within 4-6 weeks of receiving.
