Because we use the Sugarcane decaffeination process, the coffee tastes like high-quality decaf coffee. The exact taste depends on the roast you select (we have Medium and Dark roasts as well as an espresso grind).

The difference between the Dark and Medium Roasts is mainly the flavor profiles.

The medium roast has notes of chocolate, brown sugar, and citrus leading to a very mellow flavor. 

The dark roast has notes of dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and nuts leading to a deeper, bolder flavor.

There are no actual chocolate, sugar, or nuts in the coffee, these are simply the flavor profile notes observed by expert tasters.
