First, our specialty grade, Colombian coffee is decaffeinated via the Sugarcane process. This process is safe & preserves the flavor of the coffee while removing over 97% of the caffeine contained in the bean. The coffee is then shipped to the US, where it is tested for mycotoxins upon arrival.
Then, we roast, grind, and infuse the coffee with a precise dose of Px. We roast at least once a week to ensure the freshest, smoothest flavor and experience.
